SG Landscaping keeps this simple: we only collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the estimate form — your contact details and what you tell us about the project, such as the property, the work you want done, and how to reach you. Every field is one you fill in yourself.

If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us there.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (from your IP address, which Google truncates), your browser, and whether you arrived from a search engine or a link. We use this to see whether the site is working, not to identify you. Google's handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, your browser's cookie settings, or any tracker blocker. None of that stops you using the site or contacting us.

What we do not do

We run no advertising pixels and no call tracking. We do not sell your information, and we do not build or buy a profile of you. If any of that changes, this page changes first.

How your information is handled

The estimate form on our contact page is provided by Jobber, the software we use to quote and schedule work. What you submit goes into our Jobber account, and Jobber processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Analytics data is processed by Google, as described above. Those three companies are the only outside parties that touch anything you send us.

We use your information to reply to you, quote your project, and carry out work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Emails and text messages

We will always contact you about your own estimate or job. If you give us your phone number on the estimate form, that also covers job-related texts such as visit reminders. Reply STOP to any of them to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

The form also has separate boxes for marketing emails and marketing texts. Those are about offers and company news rather than your project, they are yours to tick or untick before you submit, and you can leave at any time — unsubscribe in any marketing email, or reply STOP MKT to a marketing text. Opting out of marketing does not affect anything to do with your project.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will take care of it.
