SG Landscaping keeps this simple: we only collect what you send us, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into the estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, project type, and — if you choose to fill them in — your budget, timeline, and message. All of those fields are ones you enter yourself, and you can leave the optional ones blank.

If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us there.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (from your IP address, which Google truncates), your browser, and whether you arrived from a search engine or a link. We use this to see whether the site is working, not to identify you. Google's handling of that data is covered by its own privacy policy.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, your browser's cookie settings, or any tracker blocker. None of that stops you using the site or contacting us.

What we do not do

We run no advertising pixels and no call tracking. We do not sell your information, and we do not build or buy a profile of you. If any of that changes, this page changes first.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service, and arrive in our email inbox. Formspree processes the submission in order to deliver it and is subject to its own privacy policy. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Analytics data is processed by Google, as described above. Those three companies are the only outside parties that touch anything you send us.

We use your information to reply to you, quote your project, and carry out work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will take care of it.
