These terms cover your use of sglandscapingutah.com. They are about the website itself. The terms for any actual work we do for you come with your written quote and are agreed separately.

What this site is for

This site describes the exterior work SG Landscaping does and lets you request an estimate. You may read it, share links to it, and use the form to reach us. Please do not scrape it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send us anything abusive, fraudulent, or automated.

Requesting an estimate is not a contract

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not book a job, hold a date, or oblige either of us to anything. We may not be able to take on every project, and we will tell you plainly if yours is not a fit.

Work is only agreed once we have walked the property, given you a written quote, and you have accepted it. Anything discussed before that — ballpark numbers, rough timelines, ideas — is not a binding price or schedule.

About the content on this site

Photographs in our gallery are of work we have completed. Images used on the homepage and service pages are illustrations of the kind of project described, not photographs of a specific finished job. We say which is which on the pages themselves.

Descriptions of our services are general. Every property is different, and what is possible on yours depends on the site, access, materials, and conditions we find when we walk it.

The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to SG Landscaping. Please do not reuse them for your own business without asking.

Services we rely on

The estimate form is provided by Jobber, the software we use to quote and schedule work. Submitting it means your details are handled by Jobber on our behalf, and Jobber's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. The site is hosted by Vercel and uses Google Analytics. Our privacy policy explains what each of them receives.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and online as best we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. If something here contradicts what we have put in writing in your quote, the quote is what counts.

To the extent the law allows, SG Landscaping is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform for you — that is governed by your quote and by Utah law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
